Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you're not 100% happy, we are able to review your order and accept returns or exchanges depending on the item and its condition.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@gorillafund.org within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in their original condition. We reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange if the item has been worn, stained, carries odors, or shows any signs of use.

Note: Items from exclusive campaigns, limited releases, or pre-orders will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
